What happens after you pick

Every account on 38CFR.com is opened by express authorization, so nothing here charges you and nothing here opens an account — you will be told how to ask for one. Here is how: if you are a VSO representative, an accredited attorney or a claims agent, ask for an account and somebody will answer you. A Veteran running their own case does not ask here — your representative gives you a code.
