For Veterans and family members

This is the program your representative uses to run your claim. Your part of it is a portal, and here is how it works.

Back to the homepage.

How you get in

Your representative gives you a code. The code opens your case — and nothing else.

There is no account to open here, and nothing to buy.

What you can see

What your claim still needs. What the firm has sent you. Your messages, your uploads, and the claim itself.

Your Social Security number stays masked on the screen. You already know it, and a waiting room does not need to.

A person reads everything you send

Nothing you send is filed, and nothing in your case changes, until someone at the firm has read it and accepted it.

That is deliberate. Your file is never quietly altered.

Family can have a code of their own

A spouse or a caregiver gets their own code, not yours passed along. It shows only what it should, and it can be turned off without cutting you off.

Your privacy

What you send is kept under a key only your representative's firm holds, and none of it is ever sold. The privacy notice says the rest, in plain words.
